Free Webinar April 14: The Faster Way to Modify Revit Families & Projects, with AGACAD's Smart Browser

From the AGACAD website:

The faster way to modify Revit families & projects [WEBINAR]

Keeping up with numerous Revit families is time-consuming work, especially in large libraries and projects. Even more so when you need to fill in information that comes from some external file, such as Excel.

Enter AGACAD’s Smart Browser BIM solution for Revit. It gives BIM managers, architects, and engineers full control of families and saves time on all modification tasks.

To help in situations where information comes from external files, we’ve made it possible to export and import data from Excel into Revit family elements. On top of that, there’s also a way to do the same procedure with elements that have already been placed in a project, allowing you to quickly fill in any useful data that can be controlled via Excel.

1 - View elements in Smart Browser

2 - Export parameters & values to Excel

3 - Make all the modifications

... that you want in Excel

4 - Load changes back into Smart Browser

5 - Changes as seen in Smart Browser

And after all changes have been made, what could be better than having a specialized Purge button to clean every single family from your folder and save them with the minimum-possible size to ensure quick work in future projects? (We couldn’t think of anything either!)

The latest Smart Browser release covers both of these fields. There’s no need to open every family and write down the necessary information, no need to copy information line-by-line and paste it into the parameters. Just import all that is needed from Excel. And it’s done. The whole library is updated. There simply is no faster way.

We’ll be hosting a free 30-minute webinar on April 14 showing how to use Smart Browser to help you complete routine tasks in Revit faster and more accurately. We hope you can join us!

You’ll come away from this webinar knowing faster ways to modify Revit families using Smart Browser.

This webinar is for:

BIM Managers; manufacturers who create Revit families; and architects, structural engineers, and MEP engineers who need to control the families they use.

If you want to significantly reduce family modification time, quickly load data into families straight from Excel, and easily decrease Revit family size, this webinar is for you.
