Copy Areas
- Copy Areas between Area Schemes.
- There is no way to Copy Areas between Area Schemes within Revit.
- This tool copies (recreates) Areas by:
- Choosing the selection set, current selection or view.
- Selecting the Areas Scheme type.
- Selecting the destination View.
- Note: if there are no area boundary lines in the destination view, then expect 'Area is not in a properly enclosed region' warnings.

Ribbon Settings – Multiple Ribbons and name your panels
- View and change the Ribbon Settings.
- Select the tools you want to see on the Ribbon and re-order them to suit you.
SheetEMup
- Duplicate a sheet and select the views.
- Quickly duplicate a sheet multiple times by:
- Selecting from a list of current sheets, the one to duplicate.
- Choosing to either duplicate the existing views or selecting from a list of project views to place on the new sheets. If the selected view is already on a view it will also be duplicated.
Renumber Parameter
- Renumber any Text, Integer, Number or Length Parameter.
- Quickly renumber parameters by:
- Selecting a category
- Selecting a parameter to renumber
- Choosing an increment
- Choosing a prefix and suffix

Convert Areas or Rooms To Mass
- Quickly convert Areas or Rooms To Mass by:
- Selecting Areas or Rooms as the starting point
- Choosing to create all forms in one family or one family per each form
- Choosing Generic Model or Mass as the base family
- If Mass family you can choose to create the project levels within the family
- Selecting the Phase for Rooms
- Selecting the output location for the families
- Selecting the Areas or Rooms from a list
- Modifying the height (in bulk by right clicking)

- Add a families location point to a parameter.
- Quickly add a families location point to a parameter in bulk by:
- Selecting a Category
- Choosing your selection set
- Current View
- Current Selection
- Entire Project
- Choosing the base point to use
- Relative
- Survey
- Project
- Choosing a parameter to place the XYZ coordinate or
- Choosing a separate parameter for each Z, Y & Z coordinate
Room/Area Point
- Centre the Room/Area location points.
- Quickly centre Rooms or Areas location points by:
- Selecting Areas or Rooms as the starting point
- Choosing your selection set
- Current View
- Current Selection
- Entire Project.
Import/Export Points
- Import/Export location points.
- Quickly Import families to a specified location point by:
- Selecting a family type.
- Selecting a comma separated text file with XYZ coordinates with optional rotation.
- Choosing the base point to use:
- Relative.
- Survey.
- Project.
- Quickly Export location points by:
- Choosing your selection set:
- Current View.
- Current Selection.
- Entire Project.
- Choosing the base point to use:
- Relative.
- Survey.
- Project.
