From the Autodesk App Store:
Description
Planary comes in handy for the early stages of design for architecture and urban planning projects.
It allows you to enhance your feasibility study workflow inside Autodesk® Revit® (Using only Filled Regions).
You can get a real-time evaluation, export the data into an Excel sheet and create massing in just a few clicks.
How it works:
Planary converts 2D drawing (Filled regions) from the Revit view to 3D parametric buildings and land use.
For each Filled Region, the user can assign parameters such as the number of floors, floor height, space use and building part type.
Planary combines information of the parameters with the 2D geometry and shows you a 3D representation and statistics as Gross Floor Area, FSI, BCR, number of units, parking, cost and more.
You can keep working and changing the 2D drawing on Revit, and Planary gives instant feedback on the statistics and the 3D.
Planary allows you to export:
- Statistics of your study to an Excel sheet
- Preview Image
- Revit mass into the Revit view
