From the SpiceTools website...
Finally. A tool with good consequences.
Dealing with linked files and levels inside them are always a gnarly issue. The built-in tools are great, but have consequences on your project. Sometimes all you want to do is watch but not act. You don't have to jump through hoops to achieve this. The LevelWatcher is the tool you have been waiting for.
Drag-and-Drop Monitoring Without the rituals.
Watching levels on any link is as easy as drag-and-drop. You can even mix-and-match links that you want to monitor. The automatic colour-coding makes it easy to keep your mind sane. Once you save your settings, the levels in your project remember (unless you tell it otherwise) what links they are supposed to watch and will warn you - you guessed it, with an appropriate colour-change - if something goes awry.
This one is about control. Control of complexity!
Level Watcher is mean't for large complex projects where effecting changes among various teams and stake-holders is not always instantaneous. This is where you need to keep lists of tasks and elements to monitor. Let us take some of the burden off your shoulders.
