Free NavisExport – Batch Export of Revit Models and 3D Views to Navisworks

"Free NavisExport" is a free Autodesk® Revit® Add-in that makes batch export of Revit models and 3D Views to Autodesk®  Navisworks® "NWC" files possible.

A simple user form allows the user to select the models to be exported (whether they are in the same directory or in separate directories) and the output folder.

The entire models can be exported automatically, which is a huge time saver. The user can also specify individual 3D views to be exported across several models based on a view name keyword, and all Navisworks Export settings can be specified through the user interface.

This add-in requires Autodesk® Navisworks® Manage or the Navisworks® NWC Export Utility to be installed.

Curtain Wall Elevations – Create Views Annotated with Tags and Dimensions

This application with collect all walls in the project that are Curtain Walls. It will provide a list of those walls, their Mark, Phase Created, Level, and if they have been previously elevated by the tool.

The user will then select a View Type, a Dimension Style, Panel Tag, and the offset criteria for the dimension strings. If there aren't any intermediate curtain wall grids, only an overall dimension string will be created. If intermediate Curtain Grids exist then two dimension strings will be created. One will be for each Curtain Grid, the other for the overall height of the Curtain Wall.

The tool will also tag every Curtain Panel with the tag selected.
