A different folder path needs to be selected to save the upgraded files.

Export Link Path To Excel

This tool is designed to export a Revit link file's path to Excel.

It's very useful, especially for large projects with many links.

You can also use it to check the linked file's paths.

We used to have a Revit Desktop plugin to upgrade local Revit project/family/template to the latest version, but since we are now moving to the cloud, especially BIM360 is used more and more widely, a tool which can upgrade cloud based Revit project/family/template without a Revit desktop plugin would be very helpful, that's the Design Automation for Revit API does, and this sample does.

We recently needed a workflow to bulk upgrade quite a few Revit files and I didn;t want to do that manually! Luckily, I have been working on some pretty cool application nodes for Rhythm and they worked great in this workflow.

First, let’s see this in action. Basically, we feed the node a directory’s contents (file paths), and it will chug along. The files in this example are from Revit 2016 and the graph is being run in 2017.
