Easy PDF Print

In most of the projects, you need to export multiple sheets to pdf and the output file name for each sheet should follow a naming convention. In practice, this is very time consuming and increases the likelihood of errors.

Also, the paper size and orientation of the output files may vary for different sheets, so it will take a long time to adjust them manually in large projects.

This plugin does the above for you easily. You could use the following pdf print drivers:

• Adobe PDF
• novaPDF
• Microsoft Print to PDF
• PDFCreator
• PDF24
• Bullzip PDF Printer

In the next revisions, other pdf drivers may be added.

It is recommended to set the preferences of the selected PDF driver from "Printers & scanners" in the Windows setting before using it inside the plugin, e.g. the output path.

For PDFCreator, PDF24, and Bullzip PDF Printer, you could change preferences by using their settings application.

For PDFCreator and Bullzip PDF Printer file naming process doesn't work properly, because of their built-in settings.

Free Print Setup Manager

This plugin shows you all the print setups in a table, making it easier to manage print setups, especially when there are lots of them.

You can edit a print setup directly in the table and you can even duplicate it.

Note: For editing a print setup you should select a print driver. If the paper size in a print setup is not defined in the selected printer, that print setup won't be added to the mentioned table. You should first define the paper size in the printer preferences to access that print setup.

One of the main features of CCpdf includes automatic selection of sheet size. This function will make sure that your printed sheets paper sizes will always correspond to the sheet dimensions in Autodesk® Revit® and also that a scale used in a view will be preserved.

Another major feature allows you to merge all selected sheets into a single .pdf document.

"Options, Appearance and Hidden Line Views - Remove Lines Using" are settings taken from a standard Revit printing dialog window.

Custom filenames solution allows you to compose filenames from an optional text and parameters available in the project. Available sheet parameters as well as "Project Information" parameters can be added from a scroll menu that will show up after clicking on a blue arrow symbol.

All sheets can be filtered based on parameters in a scroll menu. The value input textbox also consists of a scrolling panel that shows you values of the specified parameter for all sheets. Filtering is much easier with this additional feature.

Sheets selection is user-friendly and implements simple rules well known from basic Windows workspace. For a single selection just click on the row. For multiple selections use Ctrl + click (this will add sheets to the selection one by one) or Shift + click (which will add all sheets within the first and second selection). You can also select all by checking the main checkbox in the column header.
