BIM Track February 2019 Release – Includes Advanced View in Model Behaviors

From the BIM Track website:

New release: Advanced view in model behaviors

BIM Track’s view in model feature might seem like a simple tool, but it’s one that will save you an average of 2 minutes per issue opened. We know your workflow efficiency depends on it, so the main focus of this release is to give you more cross-platform, view in model options.

View what you want, instantly

In this release, you gain more control over the view camera and view state and can modify its’ behavior in Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, and AutoCAD.

We’ve also given you smarter view in model options. Now you can isolate chosen elements and create section boxes around them in an automated fashion. Instead of staying in traditional perspectives, you can choose to view issues in Orthographic mode. All this ensures your teams work efficiently, and with increased clarity. Not sure how these new changes work? Read our help center article to help get you started the right way.

And a few usability enhancements for sheet viewing too

With advanced sheet viewing options, you have more tools at your fingertips to tailor your viewing preferences; for example, being able to filter issues on a sheet so that only issues on that particular sheet are displayed, and many more adjustments.

If you're not yet a BIM Track user, you can get started right away with unlimited projects and models (we only limit you to 50 issues).

Pricing plans for BIM Track may be found here.

This add-in is compatible with Revit, Navisworks Manage and Navisworks Simulate 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016.
