- Align: Align a view on one sheet with views on other sheets
- ViewCreator: Batch-create multiple Revit views while complying with company-established BIM standards.
Note: This app uses a custom installer (and not the standard App Store installer).

What's New in IdeateApps for Revit
The latest improvements to IdeateApps have been designed for use with Revit 2017-2020. All functionality is identical across Revit versions, unless noted otherwise. See below for a summary of the improvements and new tools added into the May 2019 release.

Improvements & Fixes:
Ideate ReNumber
This version of Ideate ReNumber has been modified to support MEP Fabrication Parts and also includes new multi-category workflow rules suggested by customers.
Rules added to Basic folder
- MC-FAB_by_Assembly – multi-category rule that works for all MEP Fabrication Parts. This rule re-starts the numbering within each Revit Assembly.
- MC-FAB_by_Space – multi-category rule that works for all MEP Fabrication Parts. This rule re-starts the numbering within each Revit Space (yes, we know where these Parts are!)
- MEP Fabrication Pipework, MEP Fabrication Hangers, MEP Fabrication Containment and MEP Fabrication Ductwork
- MC-Doors_Windows- use this rule when numbering both Doors and Windows at the same time.
Rules added to Bonus folder
- Sheets - 1 of ##.rule - automate the page numbering of Sheets from a Sheet Schedule.
- MC-COBie-Assets - automate the numbering COBie-defined assets. This rule references the parameter called COBie.Component.AssetIdentifier which is part of Autodesk's BIM Operability toolkit. The rule can be adjusted to use any other parameter.
Ideate QuickSelect
In addition to supporting new-to-Revit elements, such as the Path of Travel element and PDF (raster images), this version of Ideate QuickSelect has also been improved to help easily identify different types of Revit keynotes as shown.
Structural Connections, added to Revit 2019, have also been added to this version of Ideate QuickSelect.
Ideate Clone
To facilitate repetitive sheet creation workflows, we have implemented several improvements to Ideate Clone including:
- Find/Replace names for duplicated views.
- Clone multiple sheets in one session.
