Join this session to see how Lehrer, LLC, a design and construction advisory firm, uses Assemble to successfully guide owners, developers and institutions through complex construction projects. We will cover how to  increase project  transparency, model conditioning, 3D based change management, and quantity tracking for improved project control.  Dareen Salama, Director of Technical Services at Lehrer, LLC. will share how their project team is using Assemble along with the PowerBI integration to generate visual analytical reports for other team members.

About the Speakers:

Dareen Salama is a project controls specialist with a background in construction and civil engineering, and Lehrer, LLC‘s Director of Technical Services. She has lectured extensively throughout North America on BIM, Autodesk, construction management and project controls, and has contributed to several publications for the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Construction Management Association of America. She has been a team member on many significant infrastructure projects across the country including LaGuardia Airport, and will support one of New York City’s major infrastructure upgrade projects at the Jacob K. Javits Center expansion. Dareen holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering with a minor in Architecture from American University in Cairo, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering & Construction Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In 2016, she was recognized by Consulting Specifying Engineers as a Top 40 Under 40 engineer, and by Engineering News Record as a Top 20 Under 40 Engineer in NYC. Dareen is also a visiting Assistant Professor in Project Controls at the Pratt Institute College of Architecture.

Tim Kelly is the Director of Partnerships at Assemble Systems.  Tim has a wealth of experience within the construction industry, having spent the last 7 years innovating with BIM in design and construction from the general contractor and construction management perspective. Tim earned his BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and prior to joining Assemble Systems served as BIM Manager at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction.
